Salesforce Certificate Expiration Notification

Question:
I received an email from Salesforce saying one or more of my certificates have expired. Do I need to take any action?

Answer:
For Navatar clients, no action is required in response to this notification. The certificates mentioned in Salesforce’s email are not created or managed by Navatar, and therefore their expiration has no impact on the Navatar product or its functionality. After every Salesforce release, our product team conducts thorough testing to ensure that all aspects of Navatar continue to work seamlessly, so you can rest assured that these certificate expirations do not affect your experience.

If you are using any third-party applications integrated with Salesforce, we recommend reaching out to those vendors directly to confirm whether the certificates are associated with their tools. Otherwise, you may safely disregard the notification.
