Option 1: Resetting Password via Self-Service
Step 1: On the login page, click "Forgot Your Password" link.
Step 2: Enter the Username and click on Continue. You will receive reset password link from Salesforce on your email to change your password. Click on the link to create a new password.
Option 2: Resetting Password via Admin Account
If you're unable to reset your password, reach out to your system administrator and provide your username.
Admin Action: The admin will:
Step 1. Log in to the Admin Account
Step 2. Navigate to Setup:
Click on the gear icon located at the top-right corner, then select "Setup" from the dropdown menu.
Step 3. Go to Users:
In the “Quick Find” box on the left, search and click on "Users".
Step 4: Locate the user in the Active Users list. Click the checkbox next to the user's name and then on the “Reset Password” button displayed on the top.
Step 5: Click on “OK” for confirmation.
Step 6: The reset link will be sent to the user via email. They can use this link to create a new password and log in.
Note: Please inform user that Reset password link will expire in 24 hours.
