You will need to log into your Navatar system using the admin login
Step 1: Login into your Navatar admin account.
Step 2: Click the gear icon on the top right and click Setup to open the setup page in a new browser tab.
Step 3: In the quick find box, search and select “Mass Transfer Records”. Form the list of options, select the object for which you want to Transfer Data. For example, transfer Firms.
Step 4: Now, select the usernames from whom you want to transfer the records in the “Transfer from” field and to whom in the “Transfer to” field. Enter criteria if you wish to narrow-down the records to be transferred. Click on “Find" button.
Step 5: A list of all the records will open where the username you entered in “Transfer from” is the owner of the record. Select the records you wish to Transfer. Once done, click “Transfer”. This will transfer the selected records to the user whose username you entered in the “Transfer To” field.
