This article guides admin users on how to change the default record type in Navatar by accessing the user profile settings in Salesforce Setup, editing record type preferences, and saving the updated default selection.
You will need to log into your Navatar system using the admin login
Step 1: Login into Navatar using admin login credentials.
Step 2: Click the gear icon in the top right corner and click Setup form the dropdown options.
Step 3: Search for and click “Profiles” from the quick find box. Choose the appropriate user profile.
Step 4: Look for record type settings section. Click Edit.
Step 5: Scroll down and select the default record type from Default record type section and click Save.
