This article provides step-by-step instructions for Navatar admins to grant dashboard access to users by editing their profile permissions. It details how to locate the user profile and enable all relevant dashboard-related settings.
You will need to log into your Navatar system using the admin login
Step 1: Login into Navatar using your admin login credentials.
Step 2: Click the gear icon in the top right corner and then click on Setup.
Step 3: In the quick find box, search and select “Users” to open the list of active users. Click the profile of the user to whom you want to give dashboard access.
Step 4: On the Profile details page, click the edit button and search for “dashboard” by pressing Ctrl + F for Windows (or command + F in MacOS).
Step 5: Check through all the below permissions and click “Save”.
Dashboards: Default On
Create and Customize Dashboards: Checked
Create Dashboard Folders: Checked
Edit My Dashboards: Checked
Manage Dashboards in Public Folders: Checked
Manage Dynamic Dashboards: Checked
View Dashboards in Public Folders: Checked
Drag and Drop Dashboard Builder: Checked
View my Team’s Dashboards: Checked
