Provide access to Salesforce support

This article explains how to grant Salesforce Support access to your Navatar instance by navigating to user settings, selecting “Grant Account Login Access,” choosing the duration, and saving the changes.

Step 1: Login into your Navatar instance.

Step 2: Click the profile icon in the top-right corner. Select “Settings” from the drop-down menu.
