This article explains how to grant Salesforce Support access to your Navatar instance by navigating to user settings, selecting “Grant Account Login Access,” choosing the duration, and saving the changes.
Step 1: Login into your Navatar instance.
Step 2: Click the profile icon in the top-right corner. Select “Settings” from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: Click on “Grant Account Login Access” and navigate to the Salesforce.com Support and provide access for appropriate time period. Click “Save”.
