Add a DKIM Key in Setup
1) From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter DKIM Keys, and then select DKIM Keys.
2) Click Create New Key and enter the following parameters:
Key Size: 2048
Selector: [yourdomain]-sf-a (e.g., if your domain is abc.com, use abc-sf-a)
Alternate Selector: [yourdomain]-sf-b
Domain Name & Domain Match Pattern: yourdomain.com
3) Save your changes.
Update DNS
1) From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter DKIM Keys, and then select DKIM Keys.
2) To view the key details, click the selector of the key.
3) Ask your IT team to add the CNAME and Alternate CNAME records to DNS for your domain.
Activate Your DKIM Key
1) From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter DKIM Keys, and then select DKIM Keys.
2) Click Edit for the key.
3) Click Activate.
