Freeze User's Account

You will need to log into your Navatar system using the Admin login

Step 1.  Log in to the Navatar Admin Account 

Step 2. Navigate to Setup:

Click on the gear icon located at the top-right corner, then select "Setup" from the dropdown menu. 

Step 3. Go to Users: 

In the “Quick Find” box on the left, search and click on "Users".

Step 4. Click on the user’s name for whom you want to Freeze the account.

Step 5. Click Freeze to block access to the account.

Note: Please note that freezing user accounts doesn’t free up their user licenses for use in your organization. To make their user licenses available, you must deactivate the accounts.
