This article explains how users can blocklist specific email domains in the Navatar Outlook Connector by accessing the customization settings, entering domains under the “Sync” tab, and applying changes. It also notes that organization-wide settings require contacting Navatar support.
Step 1: Open any email and open the Navatar Outlook Connector.
Step 2: Click the menu icon on top left and select Customization.
Step 3: From the list of options, select “Sync” and click the Blocklist tab. Click “Change”.
Step 4: Mention the domains and emails that you need to include in the blocklist. Click Apply.
Note: This setting will apply only on the user level. To implement this blocklist for all users in your organization contact Navatar.
