Navatar itself does not own or manage the underlying infrastructure of the platform. Steps to login into Salesforce Compliance Portal
1) Visit the Salesforce Compliance Portal
2) Scroll down and search for the reports & certificates from the list & click on the name of the report/certificate.
3) On the next page, click on "Login to download" button
4) Once you are logged in with your Navatar credentials, click on "Download" button to download the report.
