Enable Field History Tracking

You will need to log into your Navatar system using the admin login

Step 1: Login into Navatar using your admin login credentials.

Step 2: Select the object from the Navigation section. Click the gear icon on top right and select “Edit Object” to open the setup page in a new browser tab.

Step 3: Select “Fields and Relationships” from the options on the left. Click the “Set History Tracking” from the buttons available on the top.

Step 4: Choose the field(s) you wish to track changes for. Click “Save”.

Note: Once the above change is saved correctly, modifying any of these fields adds an entry to the History related list. All entries include the date, time, nature of the change, and who made the change. Salesforce allows you to track up to 20 fields per object (both standard and custom objects). By enabling Field History Tracking, you will see who made the change, the date it was updated, and the previous value of the field.
