Change column label in a report

This article explains how to change a column label in a Navatar report by using a Row-Level Formula. It walks users through editing the report, adding a formula column, customizing the label, and applying the changes for a clearer display.

Step 1: Login into your Navatar instance.

Step 2: Click the Reports tab and open the report in which you want to change the column name. Click Edit.

Step 3: Select “Add Row-Level Formula” from the Column drop down menu.

Step 4: Enter the Desired Column Name which you want to see in the report. Choose the Formula Output Type as the Data Type of your Field. Search for the field for which you want to change the Column Name in the report. Click Insert. If you want to change the column name of the Picklist field, then after step 4 (shown in screenshot) please put the field name as TEXT (Field Name). Click Validate. Click Apply.
